Spice up your summer with our tasting:

  • Vegetables: Grilled gem lettuce, garlic black bean vinaigrette, greek yogurt

  • Appetizers: Hiramasa crudo, Chawamushi with scallop and Foies Gras confit duck leg croquette

  • Mains: Sea Bream, Roast Duck or Beef Short Rib with black peppercorn sauce

  • Dessert: Classic Creme caramel or Basque cheese cake
